Exchange Policy
Products purchased from All Boy can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
- The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is different from what was ordered.

- Missing items such as tags, labels, packaging, or accessories.
- Undergarments cannot be exchanged or returned without original packaging.
Returns Policy
1. When Are Returns Accepted?
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The customer received a defective or faulty item.
- The wrong item was shipped by All Boy.
2. How Do I Request a Return?
You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by contacting our customer service. Returns are entertained only if the product is damaged or incorrect.
3. Timeframe for Returns
The deadline for all returns is 3 calendar days from the delivery date.
4. Return Shipping Charges
If you received a wrong or damaged article, you will need to send the parcel back to our warehouse, and we will cover the shipping charges.
5. Refund Process
Once the return is approved:

- Refunds to your account will be processed within 7-10 business days.
6. Shipping Costs on Returns
We do not refund shipping costs, even if all items in an order are returned.
