Products purchased from All Boy can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
• The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is different from what was ordered.

4. Return Shipping Charges
If you received a wrong or damaged article, you will need to send the parcel back to our warehouse, and we will cover the shipping charges.

5. Refund Process
Once the return is approved:
